Chthonic Theater will debut its second original musical theater piece, ‘The Ship of Fools’, written by Chloe Tietjen on August 13th.

Doors open at 8:00pm with live music and refreshments‘The Ship of Fools: Not Fit For Society,’ is the first act of what will be a musical series in four parts. This act chronicles the capture by an authoritarian government of the ‘radical elements’ of society, the fools. Each Fool is introduced in the first act, and we follow their journey through the subsequent four acts. The show will include harlequin foolery, original music, and handmade puppets, costumes and masks. This first chapter chronicles the capture of a group of ‘fools’ and their forced journey on the sea.
